Purifying

1. Cleanse your face: Secure your hair so that it's off your face and don't forget to cleans your neck too.

2. Prepare the herbs: Disperse 1 pack into a large bowl and pour boiling water over the herbs. Let it steep for 2-3min.

3. Steam & Relax: Have a seat, drape a towel over your head and the bowl and steam for 5-10min. Raise or lower your head for more or less heat and lift a corner of the towel to cool off if needed.
